I have talked to Velvet because we were getting concerned that we haven't been able to distinguish between the cockerels and pullets. She has two Brahmas she is pretty certain are cockerels and three that she feels are pullets. So we have narrowed Daphne down to three probabilities, The Chicken Formerly Known as Chick (Chick), Dinner, and Spaghetti. We are kind of leaning towards Spaghetti as I mentioned earlier, but the 14th will tell.
Now for the second name. I am leaning towards; Daphne the Chick, Daphne Dinn, or Daphne Ghetti. I'm not sold on any of them though.
I kind of hope you get Spaghetti just because "Daphne Ghetti" sounds cute. Either way, everyone at the forums is happy that one of these girls is going to another good home!
ReplyDeleteWe are leaning towards Spaghetti too. She does have a couple things against her, it took her a couple of days to learn the "poop curtsy" so poop doesn't get on her feathers, and her accident. Still we are leaning towards her. It probably won't be Daphne Ghetti, but an anagram of "spaghetti". We are so excited,, we get her the day after tomorrow.
